[Hlthpol] Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine Names Dean of New Campus in Middletown

Hi Fellows:  New York, N.Y. - August 19, 2013 - Touro College and University System President and CEO Dr. Alan Kadish today announced the appointment of Kenneth J. Steier, DO, MBA, MPH, MHA, MGH, HPF Class of 2002-2003,  as Campus Dean for the new Middletown campus of Harlem-based Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine<http://legacy.touro.edu/med/> (TouroCOM). The Middletown campus, currently under construction, is scheduled to open in August 2014 and is expected to enroll more than 500 students when fully operational.

Dr. Steier joins a cadre of 16 HPF grads who have served or are serving as President or Dean of a college of osteopathic medicine.
