"As the health care reform debate moves forward, a need was seen for a critical analysis of how various proposed changes relate to physicians, their practices and the patients they care for. To that end, a small but experienced group of academics undertook a project to assess the current conditions and make recommendations for the future. The attached report is the product of that effort."
