Actually, current proposals do NOT address vulnerable populations and
focus only on the physical and not the mental. This paper states that
current proposals miss the point and leave people out. Recently the
Carter Foundation brought the primary care (FM, IM, and Peds)
disciplines together with mental health disciplines, employers and
insurers to discuss the need for the 'Health home'' to include physical
and mental health. I thought about you throughout the entire
discussion. It was 'really' good. You 'helped' me to understand.
