There will be a panel discussion about Americorp opportunities on March 16, 6:30-8:30 at the Friends of the Library Room hosted by Environmental Studies and the Common Experience Project.

Open to everyone, you don't need to be a current student!
AmeriCorps is a fantastic way for college students to gain full-time real world experience in a field of interest while being paid and earning an education award (~$5,700.00 per year) to pay back student loans or apply to future education. There are a wide variety of positions including--non-profit organizations, community based programs, and schools.
