[Emeritiassoc] rebate from STRS health care

Dear Emeriti:
Here is some information from an OCHER meeting (Ohio Council of Higher Education Retirees).  Information went out in a newsletter but in case you missed it here is a summary.
At the October meeting of the State Teachers Retirement Board, the board approved measures that will provide a rebate of up to $600 for those enrolled in most of the health care plans.  The $600 will be included in December benefit checks (prorated if necessary).  Also, there will be lower health insurance premiums for most plan enrollees for 2023. The new 2023 premiums will be even lower than what was recently shared in open-enrollment materials.
