[Emeritiassoc] Constitutional changes

Hi,

The question has been raised as to what is changed in the proposed 
Emeriti Association constitution and why did we not show strikeouts and 
adds.

Because of extensive rearrangement of some sections together with many 
grammatical changes it would have been very confusing to show strike 
outs and adds.

As to substantive changes, there are three:
1. The historian and webmaster have been added to the board.
2. The specification of categories of dues has been eliminated
3. There are changes in the duties of some committees

If you would like a copy of the 2008 constitution for comparison just 
let me know and I will send it to.
