[Emeritiassoc] Emeriti Association Constitution

Dear Emeriti Members,

The Ohio University Emeriti Association Constitution requires that the 
document be reviewed by the Executive Board every five years, revised as 
needed, and submitted to the membership for its approval. Attached to 
this note is the 2014 reiteration approved by the Executive Board at its 
January meeting. Please open the attachment and read the Constitution. A 
vote for membership approval will take place at the February 20 luncheon 
meeting at the Ohio University Inn ballroom. Thank you for your 
attention to this matter.
