Hi,

One additional feature of the Ohio Council of Higher Education Retirees 
meeting on March 17 was the "unveiling" of the first edition of the 
Council's Newsletter.  Eventually the primary method of dissemination will 
be on the OCHER web site, but for the time being, I've attached a .pdf copy 
that you can open and read if you wish.
