[Eecs_phd] Important Dates

Hello EECS Graduate Students.

I wanted to let you know to please make certain to plan any paperwork (CPT/OPT, thesis/dissertation Outside Representative form, or defense arrangement form) with plenty of notice.

I will be out of the office the following dates:

Beginning noon, Wednesday, May 9th thru Friday, May 11th.
And, Thursday, May 17th thru Friday, June 1st.

Dr. Dill is out of the office this summer and will not have access to your file or records. And Tiffany or Becky will not necessarily be able to assist you completely during my absence.

Therefore, get in touch with me, ASAP, if you plan to hold a defense before June 20th and have not yet established an Outside Representative.
