[DU-L] Chapter Time Change

Dear Brothers,

Due to opening games for Greek Week being Sunday and final Air Bands evaluations we are going to move chapter to 8-9pm (just for one week). We will still have the pinning ceremony but the dress code will be dropped. Without know how long opening games will run I'd rather save people the hassle of running back and changing. Normal dress code still applies.
