Dear Brothers,

Below is the most recent email John just sent me. Please, get back to me asap. Respond with all that apply. I want to make sure we have someone on this.

We need everyone to sign up on the softball team. This way we don't have to rely on the same people every week to play. Also, make sure you actually join the team. Making an account does not mean you have joined the team. I sent everyone the email last week just search for it. Thanks to everyone who has already signed up.

Event Tuesday night at 9pm & song practice Thursday at 8pm. Join the Duck Race fb event and send it to all your friends too!

I'll make sure everyone receives numbers of the New Associate Members soon. So you can all hang out with them and stuff.

Ok please list each name, each category they fall under (especially for the ones you already mentioned), and what the activity/award for that category is. It's going to be a little complicated b/c I'm trying to involve as many fraternities as possible and cover a lot of fraternity... all the while not repeating achievement categories, if that makes any sense.
