Good afternoon,

I'm happy to report staff of the Georgia Sea Turtle Center encountered our first nesting terrapins of the season on Jekyll's causeway yesterday, May 1.

2 alive uninjured recaptures, 1 new individual, 1 dead-on-road recapture.

Looking forward to a productive season for all!
