Happy Week 6 Everyone!

Here are the minutes from this week's meeting:



Events:

Our next softball game will be Wednesday at 4:30 at Mill Street Fields. Sign up on imleagues if you would like to play!



There will be a painting party Wednesday night at 9 to paint glasses from the Mom's Weekend Glass Sale.  Come to the office at 8 N. Court if you'd like to help!



We will be tabling Thursday from 10-5 in front of the Athens County Courthouse!



We will be having the Mom's Weekend Glass Sale Friday evening at 5 outside the Courthouse.



President Obama will be visiting Columbus Saturday morning at 10:30!! He will be at the Schottenstein Center on OSU's campus.  If you would like a priority ticket, complete one volunteering shift at the office sometime this week! Also, please let us know if you are able to drive.



Chalking and Flyering will be Monday at 8.  Meet in the Front Room if you'd like to help!



Updates:

Relay for Life is next weekend on May 11! So far we have raised $1360 towards our $2000 goal.  There will be many fun activities at Relay, such as Zumba, Yoga, and Dave Rave will be there! Please start to think of things you could bring, like games, snacks, or a tent! Also, thank you to Marika and Carolyn for sharing why they Relay!



The first payment for the D.C. Trip is due to Marika this week, please give her either cash or a check for $40, or you can pay the entire $65 at once.  Also, contact Marika if you would like to go and have not yet told her you're interested!



The new sweatshirts are ordered!!! If you would like one and have not yet ordered one, please contact Nicole. They are still just the low price of $15!



Congratulations to our Dem of the Week, Lolita Brannon!!!



Round Table:

Shannon has coupons to Athens Pyramids for an $8 hookah Monday through Wednesday.  Please see her if you would like one! Wednesday is also Open Mic Night at Pyramids!



This Friday at 7:30 is the AGA African Music Dance Concert.  It is at the Memorial Auditorium and free to attend with an OU Student ID!



Debbie Phillips will be having a mailer at her house this Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
