[OU Dems] nominations

HI everyone,

So, I messed up.  According to Article IV, Section 10 of the
Constitution<http://oudemocrats.org/oucd-constitution/>, nominations
are supposed to be week 8, with elections week 9.  Since this
is in the Constitution, we can't really change it.  So, here's what we're
gonna do: the nominations that happened last week will stand as-is.  We'll
also accept any nominations made at this week's meeting.  Let me know if you
have any questions.
