[Cssa-L] 2011 CSSA Constitution

亲爱的中国学生/学者们：

昨天夜里发的公开信中提到附件中有CSSA的宪章，当时忘记附上，对不起！现同时附上WORD和PDF版本，前者可以用WORD软件“Track Change”功能进行修改，以便提供大家商讨。后者则用以备案，以便日后核对修宪的初始原件。
