For rent a bedroom

I would like rent a place close to OU. The walk time does not exceed 40 minites. I only need a bedroom. The price don't exteed $600. I hope the room should be quiet and safe. It would be best if the room has some basic equipment, such as a bed, a desk and Internet WiFi, cable. The share place should include a kitchen and a bathroom. It will be best choice if the roommate is Chinese students or scholar.
