Hi, one room in Riverpark can be subleased from Mid-June to Aug. and you
can also continue for the next year. The apartment has in total 4 rooms, so
you will have three roommates. The rent is $326/month, water and gas
included. If you continue for the next year, the rent is going to increase
a little bit (4%? I do not remember). The electricity is about $40 for the
entire room, the internet is $50, so the rent and the utility in total will
