hi,i am the person who just post the message of "sublease a bedroom in two-bedroom apartment in Riverpark from Jan. to Jun. for $260 per month", i felt so sorry cos i just found i made a mistake for the message, the rent will be $260 per month with gas and water,not including the electricity and internet fee. the heater and oven in Riverpark is powered by gas so the electricity fee is very low with  approx $15 per month per person in winter and $10-$12 in spring. the internet fee is $34.95 per month so you have to share half part of the fee. that's all.sorry again for my carelessness!if you're still interested welcome drop by my email lz149310 at ohio.edu
