Common. You may check it on Google Maps: 300 W State St, Athens, OH. About 20 - 
30 minutes walk to OU's main campus.
 
The basic rent is $299/month, plus gas, electricity and wireless access to the 
Internet. There are two nice young graduate roommates. You're very welcome to 
come and take a look and meet us. The price is negotiable.
