[Cssa-L] Sublease a room in Columbus and Free Furnitures!!!

Hi all,
I am a second-year graduate student in OSU and now living in University
Village. Because I am graduating this summer in June, 2010, I would like to
sublease my apartment from* 5 June to 20 August, 2010*.
My room faces south and it is in the middle of the first stop and fourth
stop of the University Shuttle. It is a medium room and the rent is
$310.76/month. The rent does not include electricity and internet fees. But
I would like to reduce the rent and pay the electricity and internet fees
for those two months. So the *total amount of the two month rent is $500.
*The furnitures are included. I would give you *ALL furnitures FOR FREE* if
you rent my apartment, inlcuding a queen size bed with comforter, two
tables, two lamps, and two closets. I purchased them this year so they are
all brand new.
It is also 2-mins walk distance to COTA stop and Kroger (a big supermarket).
The whole apartment is clean, tidy and well-furniture. You will have two
nice Chinese girls as your roommates, so female only.
