Short 15 minute walk to campus, located near the Ohio University Commons.

Room can be provided fully furnished.

Rent is $1200+utilities per quarter, which is about $400 per month. Winterbreak is included in the fall rent so it is a very good deal for someone who stays during the break. The lease starts fall quarter and ends spring quarter.
