[Cssa-L] Urgent, about the leasing for the next academic year

Dear all,

 I'm Ye (Solar) Hong, a Chinese graduate student of College of Business. Here I would like to ask you guys to do me a favor, if it is convenient for you. And all your help and supports are highly appreciated. My classmates and I have to change our leasing plans! We need 3 replacements for a brand
new first floor apartment at the Summit at Coates Run on Richland
Avenue. It's a 10-month lease at $664 per month per person. Lease
begins September 4, 2009 and ends June 12, 2010; however can be
prorated to fit your schedule through the leasing office. We will pay
your application fees!

Your monthly rents includes: Fully
Furnished Unit, High Speed Internet and Cable TV, On-Site Parking, Full
Size Washer and Dryer, Water, Sewer and Trash Removal, Electric(capped).
You will also have access to the Outdoor Heated Pool, Tanning Salon,
State of the Art Fitness Center, Private Movie Theater, Game Room and
Internet Cafe.
