Dear CPN members,No one asked for a delay in calling for a vote to ratify the code.  The only comments since my Jan. 17 message (copied below) came from Max.  Thank you, Max, for your very careful reading.  Kevin and I will check all of the items Max pointed out
(mostly typos and wording inconsistencies) and make changes as needed.  However, none of the points he raised affect the functioning of the code, and Max said he is ready to vote regardless, so I see no reason to wait any longer.Please respond to this email with a Yes or No vote to ratify the code. Today is the target date I suggested to start a vote to ratify the code.  I initially sent it to you on Dec. 17, and I sent a revised version on January 8 that differed only in the addition of the Preface and revisions of Art. 11.9 and Appendix
A.  There was a delay of a couple of days in that second email because the file was too large.  Hopefully, though, you all received it by January 11.  Dick Olmstead sent me a couple of small changes in the Preface, but other than that, I haven’t heard from
