[CPN] Next on the agenda: Art. 1.1 and the term "taxon" in the PhyloCode

If Phil and Kevin are okay with Michel's changes, I'd support them.  As to
"Division I: Principles", I am happy for clarification of the roles of
"taxon" and "clade" in specific instances, whenever users would benefit
from differentiating between (or including) names of entitites and the
entities themselves.  -- kp
