[CPN] Discussion to incorporate elements of CMB proposal

I was one of the people who favored modifying the definition of the term "species" in the PhyloCode to make it more neutral, and that is basically the only change that I am in favor of.  Phil and I are about to propose rewordings of some of the definition types, one of which removes the term species; however, that change was not motivated by the CMB proposal.
