We hope this email finds you well. We are Dr. Taehee Kim, Dr. Maylee Vazquez, and Dr. Sabrina Johnson from North Carolina A & T State University. The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating effect of teachers’ multicultural competence on the relationship between students’ multicultural competence and counseling self-efficacy (HS25-0340). The procedure involves completing a survey that will take approximately 30 minutes. The survey questions will be about students’ perspectives on their instructors’ multicultural competence, the learning environment, their own multicultural competence, and counseling self-efficacy. The study is anonymous. Through students’ participation, we hope to understand the effect of teachers’ multicultural competence on students’ multicultural competence and counseling self-efficacy. Students must be at least 18 years old to participate.
