Dear Community,

My name is Minju Lee, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Michigan State University. Due to technical issues with the previous link, I am sharing an updated link for my dissertation study.

Study Overview: The purpose of this research is to examine how environmental supports and stressors within counseling programs relate to students' motivation, academic self-efficacy, and multicultural counseling competence.

Participation Details:

* Eligibility: Master's-level counseling students currently enrolled in CACREP-accredited programs in the U.S. (18+ years of age).

* Time: Approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

* Incentive: A $10 Amazon gift card will be provided to ALL participants who complete the survey.
