Dear Participants,

My name is Chi Li, and I am an Associate Professor at Palo Alto University (PAU). I am conducting this study to examine the relationships between Power Dynamics in Supervision, Supervisory Working Alliance, and Supervisee Disclosure in Supervision. This study has been approved by the PAU IRB and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete an online survey via Qualtrics.

To be eligible to participate in this study, you must be:

1.     At least 18 years old or older, and

2.     Either

o   A counseling student/trainee who is enrolled in a practicum or internship class in a U.S. master’s or doctoral counseling program and currently receiving supervision in the U.S.


OR


o   A pre-licensed counselor who graduated from a U.S. master’s and/or doctoral counseling program and currently receives supervision in the U.S.
You need to meet both inclusion criteria (i.e., age and one of the two options) to participate in this study.
