Good morning Dr. Foreman,

Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi is conducting a study on the impact of coping self-efficacy as a moderator for perfectionism and burnout among BIPOC counselor education doctoral students.

This study focuses on perfectionism, burnout, and coping for BIPOC students through the Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology. This study aims to identify potential needs of BIPOC counselor education doctoral students and bring awareness to how programs might be able to meet student needs and improve retention of diverse students.

Because you are currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited counselor education doctoral program, have completed at least one semester or term, and identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC), your opinions are important to this study.

Participation in this research study will involve completing a survey via Qualtrics. Participation takes approximately 20 minutes.
Participation in this study is voluntary.
You may withdraw from the study at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
Participants are eligible to receive a $5 Amazon e-gift card that will be delivered 3-5 business days after completing the survey.
