<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-line-height-alt:11.75pt"><span style="color:black">Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi is conducting a study on the impact of coping self-efficacy as a moderator for perfectionism and burnout among BIPOC counselor education
doctoral students.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-line-height-alt:11.75pt"><span style="color:black"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:12.35pt"><span style="color:black">This study focuses on perfectionism, burnout, and coping for BIPOC students through the Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology. This study aims to identify potential needs
of BIPOC counselor education doctoral students and bring awareness to how programs might be able to meet student needs and improve retention of diverse students. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:12.35pt"><span style="color:black"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:12.35pt"><span style="color:black">Because you are currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited counselor education doctoral program, have completed at least one semester or term, and identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person
of Color (BIPOC), your opinions are important to this study. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
