Applicants must have attend high school in one of these counties - Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, or Washington.

Good morning Chris,

I believe that graduate students in counseling are eligible to apply for the McGlumphy Social Work Scholarship. Undergrad students in the Applied Human Services program should also be eligible to apply. Both groups seem to fit the criteria established by that fund, as long as they are graduates from the listed counties.

There is no set amount for the scholarship, and there is not a set number of awardees for the scholarship. This is the first year of the McGlumphy scholarship, so the amount of the award(s) and number of awardees will be decided by the committee and will be based on the amount of money that the fund has available in this first year.

The Mandy McGlumphy Social Work Scholarship was established to support the post-secondary education of students pursuing studies in the field of mental health. Eligibility Requirements & Criteria • Applicants must be a graduating senior or past graduate of a school in the following counties: Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, or Washington; • Pursuing studies in the field of mental health, with priority to those pursuing social work or counseling.

Would undergraduate students in the online program in Applied Human Services be eligible to apply? This program is in the field of mental health?

Is there is set amount for the scholarship and is there one scholarship or more than one?
