[Counselor_Educ] Free Training in Teletherapy as part of a Psychology research project!

Are you a (licensed/trainee) mental health clinician, and would you like to improve your online therapeutic skills?  Would you like targeted, actionable feedback to refine your ability to attune to and respond effectively to patients?



Then you might be interested in our online teletherapy skills training. This Facilitative Interpersonal and Relational Skills Training for Teletherapy (Tele-FIRST) is an interactive experiential training that integrates the latest evidence on deliberate practice, teletherapy research, and facilitative interpersonal skills. The Tele-FIRST training includes:

*             Two individual online practices (45 min each, can be completed at your free time)

*             One 3-hour interactive online training (includes workshop & practice)



The workshop and practices will occur over four weeks. Please see here for available workshop dates in March. You can register for the training by booking the 3-hour interactive online workshop day. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will email you the schedule and send the links to the online practices.

The training is offered free of charge because your responses will be recorded and used for research. You may choose to receive $50 gift cards or 4 CE credits (psychologists) for your participation, and if you wish we can provide you with individualized feedback on your skills practices.
