The presentation will focus on the Susan’s and Jon’s efforts to restore 20 acres of land that they own in The Oak Openings Region in Ohio to its native state. I’ve invited Susan and Jon to give this presentation in a course that I’m teaching this semester, REC 3460/5460 Parks & Protected Areas Management, to highlight the contributions that private property owners can make in the realm of ecological restoration. We welcome students from related programs to join us for the presentation.
