I'm offering affordable NCE/CPCE test prep in Jan/Feb 2022, and am reaching out to ask that you share information with Ohio University students and alumni. Please forward the message below.  There's a reduced rate for grad students - please have them use the discount code GRAD23 at checkout.  The rate is $199 for practitioners and $149 for grad students, for 6 hours of tutoring plus materials (4x 1.5 hour weekly meetings). Test prep is offered on Fridays at 1:30-3:00 p.m. Pacific (4:30-6:00 p.m. Eastern). Classes start Jan 27 2023 for the NCE/CPCE test prep. I use the Zoom online platform, so people can participate from across the country.  I won't be offering NCMHCE test prep until Aug 2023 at earliest as the test has just changed. As a counselor educator and private practitioner who has taken and passed the CPCE, NCE, and NCMHCE, I understand how graduate study and clinical experience are not necessarily relevant for passing these exams.  I have helped students, new graduates, and seasoned professionals to pass these national exams since 2011. My tutoring approach at the time of writing has over a 90% pass rate.

My Approach
My approach is to provide detailed guidance on effective approaches to passing the exam.  During tutoring sessions, we discuss the secrets of how the test is scored, and review individual question items in-depth.  During our sessions, you will learn essential tips and tricks for passing the exam, such as:
 - You can almost always eliminate two of the four CPCE/NCE answer choices, giving you a 50% chance of selecting the correct answer

Meeting Information
Not only are my test prep services effective, they are convenient.  I provide group tutoring via an online web meeting platform. My group tutoring rate is $199 for a four-week class (6 hours of total tutoring).  This is more than 50% cheaper than the well-known corporate test prep companies. A discounted rate is available for graduate students.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds will be processed 24 hours before the first training session date.  Attendance and participation in my test preparation is not a guarantee of passing the exam.  Refunds will not be issued based on your exam performance.

What if I have to miss a session?
Plenty of my test takers participate in some or all of the test prep sessions asynchronously rather than live. I record all tutoring sessions for later viewing. I upload video recordings to an online Google Drive folder by the end of day. That same Google Drive folder houses all the test prep materials that you need to prepare for the exam. Importantly, students who participate asynchronously seem to perform just as well as students who attend live.
