Join Dr. Christine Suniti Bhat this summer in two one-day workshops to learn the ins and outs of two cognitive behavioral-based therapies, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (Ellis) and Cognitive Therapy (Beck). You will learn how to apply these therapies in helping your clients and students, as well as how to use them as a self-help tool!

Both workshops require your attendance on a single Friday during the summer. Pre- and post-workshop readings/assignments will be provided. Students will not have to purchase any materials. See below for a further information about each workshop.
