            Hello, My name is Rose Aucoin and I am a doctoral student from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am writing to invite you to participate in my research study on self-efficacy and attitudes toward treating addiction. I obtained your contact information from your university webpage. I encourage you to support this important research study in two ways: by considering completing the online survey and by considering forwarding this email as-is to your doctoral students. Participation by yourself or your students is voluntary.

You are eligible to participate in this study

•         If you are currently an Instructor in a CACREP accredited Counselor Education and Supervision Program, and you are 18 years or older.

Or

•         If you are 18 years or older and are a Doctoral Student in a Doctoral Program in Counselor Education and Supervision.

If you decide to participate in this study you will access the online questionnaire at the following link http://uncc.surveyshare.com/s/AYAWXID. Participation is anonymous and voluntary, and you may back out at any time during the survey. You may choose to participate yourself and/or you may choose to forward this email to your counseling students. Your participation in this project will take between 10-15 minutes.

The data collected will not contain any identifying information or any link back to you or your participation. It will be collected and stored electronically on a password-protected computer at UNC Charlotte.
