NCACES Call for Student Volunteers



The 2018 NCACES Conference committee calls for student participants who would like to attend 2018 NCACES Conference, October 18-20, 2018 at Crowne Plaza Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio and offer volunteer services.

Students accepted as volunteers are expected to assist with the organization of the conference.  Students will be reimbursed $10/hour towards their conference registration for each hour volunteered. Volunteers will pay their registration fee prior to the conference and will be reimbursed once their volunteer hours are completed. Activities of student volunteers may include:

  *   Assisting with registration and checking in attendees
  *   Stuffing conference bags
  *   Assisting with reception, opening session, workshops, and poster sessions
  *   Providing directions and facilitating logistics

Accepted volunteers will be given the details of the assigned duties once the conference program schedule is finalized.  If you submitted a proposal to present at the workshop and your proposal is accepted, your volunteer hours will be scheduled around your presentation responsibilities.

The deadline to submit your name for volunteering is July 1, 2018.  We will send out notification on August 1, 2018.
