I would like to invite you to participate in a study I am conducting with faculty members, Drs. Daniel Hall and Debra Pender, in the Counseling Program at Southern Illinois University. This study focuses on learning more about online course offerings and decision-making processes in CACREP accredited Counselor Education programs. You have been chosen for this study because you are a department chair or program coordinator of a CACREP accredited program and your contact information was obtained through your program's website.



This research study will consist of an anonymous online survey of multiple choice and open-ended questions. This survey will take approximately 20-minutes to complete. If you would like to participate in this study, please click the survey link below. The first page of the survey will be a consent form. Please read through this form and your continuance with the survey will serve as verification of your consent to participate. There are no financial incentives for participating in this research study.
