I hope this email finds you well.

I would like to introduce to you our new social recruiting project: “Our Journey Equals YOUR SUCCESS”, which will launch this August.  I have been working very diligently in developing a way to connect with our universities and potential interns. So what better way to reach them, than with our OVR Facebook page!

This project will not only promote our employment opportunities statewide; it will increase our visibility and great success of the VR professionals within the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Each recording will be conducted amongst our 21 district offices such as Altoona, Reading, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, York and much more.
You will have the opportunity to hear the journeys of our staff such as our Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Interns, Orientation and Mobility Specialists, Rehabilitation Counselors for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and other VR staff on how they got into the field of vocational rehabilitation and working with OVR.
