Position Available: Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinician & School Based Outreach Clinician Syntero, Inc. is seeking candidates to provide outpatient and/or school-based mental health counseling and prevention services for children and adolescents. The clinician will have the responsibility for providing individual, family, and group mental health services to children, adolescents and/or families at either our Northwest Counseling Services location in Upper Arlington or our Dublin Counseling Center location in Dublin. These services may take place in an office or in the community. Services provided include assessment, counseling, psycho-educational and group therapy services, consultation with school professionals and prevention. Additional responsibilities include program development, treatment coordination with other team members, and clinical documentation to meet accreditation requirements. This is a part-time position with the potential to build to full-time during the school year. Some evening and Saturday hours are required. 10 and/or 12 month positions are being filled at this time. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; PC or LSW license with independent licensure preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the flexibility to work both independently and as a positive team member. Candidates with established relationships with insurance provider panels will be considered first.
