This email serves to share important information regarding the 2015 ACES Conference being held in Philadelphia, PA October 7-11.

 2.  Call for Proposals:
Do not wait! The program proposal submission deadline is January 31, 2015 at 11:59pm and is fast approaching. The link for submitting proposals is http://tinyurl.com/ACES2015Proposal<http://ACAA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT00MDIyMDEzJnA9MSZ1PTc3MjA2NDAyNyZsaT0yNDU5MTQ4Mg/index.html>.
 3.  Program Proposal Reviewers needed:
If you are an ACES member and interested in becoming a proposal reviewer, please email acesconference2015 at gmail.com<mailto:acesconference2015 at gmail.com> and please include, “ACES Proposal Reviewer Information” in the regarding line of your email.
 4.  Hotel Information:
The conference will be held at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown at 1201 Market Street. The ACES reservation link is: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/ACES15<http://ACAA.informz.net/z/cjUucD9taT00MDIyMDEzJnA9MSZ1PTc3MjA2NDAyNyZsaT0yNDU5MTQ4Mw/index.html>.
