Good Morning,

 NCRE is sponsoring a Student Volunteer Program whereby a limited number of student members receive waived registration to the Spring 2015 Conference (this does not include travel or hotel expenses) in exchange for serving as a student monitor at registration, general, poster and concurrent sessions.

 You must be a NCRE Student Member of the current membership year (September 1, 2014 - August 30, 2015) to take part in this program.

 If you are not currently a student member of NCRE, you must join to be considered for the volunteer program. You can sign up for membership at our website through our secure link here: http://www.ncre.org/membership.html#student

 The student volunteers will be assisting the NCRE administrative office throughout the conference. The Student Monitor Orientation will be held on Wednesday, April 22, from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

 You must attend the student orientation and be available each day at the time listed below for each day in order to be considered.

 Student Monitor Schedule 

 Wednesday, April 22, 2015            

12:00pm – 1:00pm – Attend student orientation.

1:15pm – 4:45pm – Assist at the registration desk and monitor sessions as needed.

 Thursday, April 23, 2015             

7:30am – 6:15pm – Assist with general and concurrent sessions, and registration desk.

 Friday, March 14, 2014            

7:30am – 10:00am – Assist with poster presentations and registration desk.

10:30am – 4:30pm – Assist with concurrent sessions, and registration desk. 

 Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:            

Sign CEU credits for participants who have attended general and concurrent sessions.

Distribute handout materials if asked by presenter(s) and when appropriate.

Assist at the registration desk.

Assist with poster presentations.

Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the administrative office.
