*  An event uniquely focused on the issues and resources related to transition in Southeast Ohio that provides an avenue to reframe the challenges of our community as opportunities.



*  A professional conference dedicated to refreshing the knowledge of professionals preparing high school students for transition to employment and/or post-secondary education.


*  A setting that allows for the development of a knowledgeable network of peers with common interests and goals to help remind us of the role we play in lifelong outcomes of the students we serve.

Who:                High school personnel, vocational rehabilitation counselors, post-secondary disability service professionals, special education students and faculty, career and technical educators, and others working to support the transition of students with disabilities.
