Seeking Community Based/School Based Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker
Be a part of a dynamic team working to improve the lives of children and families!
Seeking flexible, dynamic, creative, therapist to work with children and families in schools and communities.
The Mental Health Clinician requires LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW licensure. Master's preferred. Provides counseling services to clients and families on an outreach basis, in the home, school and community, specifically mental health assessment, clinical support, individual and group counseling, family therapy, treatment planning and case management. Coordinate family treatment needs and meet the clients where they are. Strong organizational skills and internal drive and motivation are necessary for success in this position.
