This position also includes responsibilities in the MS in Counseling program and in serving the College of Education, Oregon State University, and the counseling profession. 

We seek individuals for this position who are conducting quality research in counseling or counselor education, have experience with research funding, are experienced school or mental health counselors, and are effective teachers, mentors and supervisors. Experience with and enthusiasm for using distance technology for teaching and supervision and a distinguished record of postdoctoral research are desirable as is expertise applicable to cultural/linguistic diversity research or STEM anxiety/motivation/self-efficacy research.

Research (25%) 
Conducts research and seeks external funding 

Teaching and Advising (60%) 
Teaches graduate student courses and advises graduate students 

Service (15%)
