Show, by your actions, that you choose peace over war, freedom over oppression, voice over silence, service over self-interest, respect over advantage, cooperation over competition, action over passivity, diversity over uniformity, and justice over all.

This workshop creates connections between the positivism of the medical model and a systems understanding of the etiology of stress and anxiety. A strong foundation in neurobiology can help mental health practitioners understand how advances in neuropsychology lead directly to advances in psychopharmacology, and how interpersonal neurobiology for example embraces both biogenic and psychogenic explanations of anxiety disorders. This workshop facilitates the integration of concepts through a pedagogocal model for understanding the etiology of stress and anxiety.

Louis A. Busacca, Ph.D.
