LIU Post (Long Island University, Post)
A tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor position in the Department of Counseling and Development/College of Education, Information and Technology commencing September 1, 2013.  A doctorate in counselor education from a CACREP accredited doctoral program with experience in school counseling is required.  Individuals completing doctoral studies and awarded their doctorate by May, 2013 are also encouraged to apply.  
Responsibilities include teaching and advising Master’s level students in the CACREP accredited master’s degree in the school counseling and clinical mental health counseling program at the LIU Post and LIU Brentwood campuses.  In addition a commitment to scholarly research, curriculum improvement, university committee participation, practicum and internship site visitations, and involvement and membership in professional counseling associations.
