A doctorate in counselor education from a CACREP accredited doctoral program with experience in school counseling is required. Individuals completing doctoral studies and awarded their doctorate by May, 2013 are also encouraged to apply. </span></div>

In addition a commitment to scholarly research, curriculum improvement, university committee participation, practicum and internship site visitations, and involvement and membership in professional counseling associations. </span></div>
