> Volunteering to serve at the ACES 2013 Conference is a valuable networking and professional development opportunity for graduate students. We are excited to offer graduate students the opportunity to support the success of the conference while engaging as a conference participant.  Graduate Student Volunteers are required to be available a minimum of three days and for 10 hours between October 16-20, 2013 in Denver, CO at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.

> If you are interested in serving as a volunteer, please send an email to: Jennifer Murdock, ACES2013.volunteers at unco.edu. Please include in the body of your e-mail; name, email address, institution, program title, anticipated graduation month and year, and the three days of the conference you can be available to serve as a volunteer. If you are available during the entire conference or more than three days, please let us know and we will assign you as needed, for a maximum of three days.

All volunteers will be required to complete a brief training prior to the ACES conference to maximize and enhance their volunteer experience and to support their career goals. Volunteer training will include a webinar to be completed prior to the conference and a brief orientation upon arrival at the conference.
