<p class="MsoNormal">Volunteering to serve at the ACES 2013 Conference is a valuable networking and professional development opportunity for graduate students. We are excited to offer graduate students the opportunity to support the success of the conference
while engaging as a conference participant. Graduate Student Volunteers are required to be available a minimum of three days and for 10 hours between October 16-20, 2013 in Denver, CO at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.

<p class="MsoNormal">If you are interested in serving as a volunteer, please send an email to: Jennifer Murdock,
<a href="mailto:ACES2013.volunteers@unco.edu">ACES2013.volunteers@unco.edu</a>. Please include in the body of your e-mail; name, email address, institution, program title, anticipated graduation month and year, and the three days of the conference you can be
available to serve as a volunteer. If you are available during the entire conference or more than three days, please let us know and we will assign you as needed, for a maximum of three days.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Graduate Student Volunteers will be chosen based on need and availability. All volunteers will be required to complete a brief training prior to the ACES conference to maximize and enhance their volunteer experience and to support their
career goals. Volunteer training will include a webinar to be completed prior to the conference and a brief orientation upon arrival at the conference.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Volunteers must be currently enrolled in a doctoral or master's program at the time of the conference. Volunteers will be granted a 50% discount on the student registration rate. All volunteers will be notified of a decision via e-mail
by May 31, 2013. <o:p></o:p></p>
